Can I keep my number when I switch mobile network?

Can SIM only prices go up mid-contract?

Accepted Answer

Some networks add a set amount each April, and since January 2025 that amount must be shown in pounds and pence before you sign. If your network raises the price in a way your contract didn't set out, you can leave without an exit fee. Do you cover the whole UK?

Yes. Coverage is keyed to your postcode and address, so we'll always show you what's actually available where you live — not a national average. If your address has limited coverage today, we'll tell you and let you sign up for an alert when more deals appear.

What if my postcode has no live coverage yet?

Accepted Answer

We'll show a no-coverage message rather than fake results. You can leave your email and we'll let you know as soon as new providers roll out fibre in your area. We never share your details with providers.
