Not always. Some providers give comparison sites like ours offers you won't find on their own website, such as a reward card, bill credit or a lower monthly price. On mobile, that can mean a cheaper plan or more data for the same money. Other deals match the provider's own price, and now and then a provider runs an offer only on its own site. So it's worth a quick look at both. Either way, you'll see the final price on the provider's order page before you sign up.

Some networks add a set amount each April, and since January 2025 that amount must be shown in pounds and pence before you sign. If your network raises the price in a way your contract didn't set out, you can leave without an exit fee.
