Offline comparison service

In addition to the Switchity website, we provide an offline comparison service for broadband deals, mobile phone contracts and SIM only contracts. Email us at hello@switchity.co.uk and tell us what you are looking for.

We will reply within 2 working days with a personalised comparison based on the same deal data our website uses, including the prices, speeds, contract lengths and any price rises for each deal we suggest.

• your postcode (and house number if you can), so we can check which providers serve your address,
• roughly what you pay now, if you are switching,
• what matters most to you: price, speed, a fixed price with no mid-contract rises, a shorter contract, or TV and landline options.

• whether you want a SIM only deal or a specific phone,
• the minutes, texts and data allowance you need,
• any network preference, or networks you would rather avoid,
• your monthly budget.

Offline requests are answered from the same live deal data and ranked the same way as on the website; no deal is promoted to you that the site would not show.
