The main draw here is the hardware and the pricing structure. They include a Wi-Fi 7 router as standard across their range, which is unusual at this price point, since most providers still ship older Wi-Fi 6 equipment. They also offer genuine flat-price contracts with no mid-contract rises on several deals, alongside themed bundles aimed at gamers and families.

Because they build and run their own physical network, availability is strictly regional. You cannot get their service just anywhere in the UK. They only operate in specific towns and villages where they have actively laid fibre, so checking your postcode is essential before looking too closely at the packages.

Pricing sits firmly in the mid-range. Their entry-level Connect Fibre Full Fibre 250 - 24m package starts at 250Mbps for £25.00 a month on a 24-month contract. They do not cater to light users looking for a cheap sub-100Mbps connection. You can choose between 12-month and 24-month terms, though the shorter contracts cost noticeably more per month. Installation is free across the board.

The standout feature for many switchers is their stance on mid-contract price rises. Several packages are sold on a flat-price basis, meaning the price you agree to on day one is exactly what you pay for the full term. You do need to check the specific deal, as some of their faster tiers include introductory discounts that revert to a higher standard rate after the first 12 months.

The Connect Fibre entry point is £25.00 for 250Mbps, whereas BT starts at a similar price point but for a much slower 36Mbps part-fibre connection. BT applies fixed price rises every March and belongs to the Ofcom Automatic Compensation Scheme, while Connect Fibre offers flat-price options and is not part of the compensation scheme.
