You get a choice of 12, 18 or 24 month contracts too.

Availability is the main limitation to keep in mind. Community Fibre is a London-only altnet operating its own independent network. Most of the UK cannot get this service. If you live outside the capital, you will need to look at alternatives running on the national Community Fibre's own network network or Virgin Media. Even within London, availability varies by borough and street, so running a postcode check is the only way to know if they cover your specific address.

Community Fibre positions itself competitively for the speed delivered, with entry tiers like the 100 Mbps Fibre Broadband (24m) starting at £14.00 a month. This sits below most national providers despite offering full-fibre connections and symmetrical speeds. The multi-gig tiers also undercut typical pricing for comparable bandwidth. Setup is free across the board. You get a Wi-Fi 6 router included as standard, while the top 5Gbps tier comes with a newer Wi-Fi 7 router. You will not find reward cards or cashback offers here.

Your monthly cost depends heavily on the contract length you choose, with options spanning 12, 18 and 24-month agreements. The 24-month deals carry the lowest headline monthly rates, while shorter contracts cost more per month. Mid-contract price rises follow a specific structure based on your term. If you take a 12-month deal, the price is flat for the whole term with no mid-contract rises. If you opt for an 18 or 24-month deal, you face a single fixed mid-contract rise scheduled for 1 April 2027. After that single increase, the price holds steady for the rest of your contract.
