The product range itself is small and tiered entirely by speed. It caps out at a 300Mbps maximum limit, meaning they deliberately choose not to offer the gigabit connections you see elsewhere, focusing instead on the tiers most households actually use.

NOW Broadband sits firmly in the budget to mid-range bracket. Their entry-level NOW Full Fibre 100 option is currently £24.00 a month for a 100Mbps connection. This makes them competitive against similar full fibre tiers from rivals like Plusnet and TalkTalk, though smaller independent providers do undercut them across the board. All their current deals tie you to a 24-month minimum term. You will not find any shorter rolling options or upfront reward cards here, though they do sometimes charge a small setup fee that is credited back to your account.

Their approach to mid-contract price changes is different from most major providers.
