Broadband deals in Miles Platting & New Islington North

The shape of the problem is clear in Ofcom's latest data. Hardly anybody here is offline: just 2 of 3,948 premises sit below 10Mbps, and superfast coverage is 99.5%. The gap is all at the top, where 18% of addresses cannot order anything beyond 300Mbps, holding gigabit availability to 81.6% and the city rank to 53 of 59.

This is regeneration territory, where canalside apartment schemes, older estate blocks and new terraces sit side by side, each at a different stage of the fibre build. The neighbouring numbers trace the same in-between state: New Islington South & Bradford at 89.2%, Piccadilly & Ancoats at 84.3%, Cheetham Hill at 80%. There was no cable at our sampled postcode, but the 149 deals from 18 providers covered full fibre, part-fibre and 4G hubs, with YouFibre advertising up to 7 Gbps where lines allow.

Check your address rather than the area, because the difference between a capped block and a wired one is a street's width here. If yours is capped, re-run the postcode every few months. The build is active across this side of the city, and the list at your address can change quickly.
